Zehnder Zenia Award 2018 – European Architects Competition Awards Gala

On behalf of the Swiss headquarters of Zehnder, we had the honour to organize a gala awarding statuettes for the best bathroom designs using Zehnder Zenia. It is the latest heating device that the company presented to the market in the middle of the year. Competition entries were submitted by several hundred design studios from all over Europe, and the best five were awarded during the event.

The client chose a historic building for the venue of the event. Therefore, our team faced a difficult task. We had to break the convention in such a way that the interiors and other elements would perfectly fit into the celebration of European, modern design. The desired effect was achieved with the help of a modern stage arrangement made of LED screens and a hips board. Properly designed multimedia or presentations of competition projects in clip frames also helped. The whole was perfectly complemented by statuettes for the winners, made in glass using 3D technology.

Instead of a traditional aperitif, there was a wine and whisky tasting in the original form of a casino, where guests could not only taste various varieties and blends, but also learn about their history and listen to stories and anecdotes related to them.

For the artistic part of the evening, we invited an acrobatic dance couple from the Everest formation and a vocal duo – Agnieszka Majewska and Alicja Kalinowska.
