Welcoming employees to their new workplace

How to make a group of several hundred employees, who worked in a completely different place on Friday last week, feel at home in a new office building? Together with the client, we found a way to do it. Everyone entering the building on Monday morning was greeted by a personally smiling boss. He wished everyone a good day and offered them small sweets. The décor of the ultra-modern hall was complemented by large welcome boards and balloons decorated with the client's logo.

A hit on point idea was to explore all the nooks and crannies of the building in the form of a treasure hunt game. The "treasures" turned out to be company gadgets hidden in various surprising places.

After such a greeting, the initially lost employees must have felt absolutely confident. Certainly, no one will wander the corridors looking for a kitchen or a conference room.
