Oscar Night

Our long-term client once again trusted us and commissioned the organization of a Christmas party for his employees. We focused on the atmosphere of the Oscar gala. Therefore, the red carpet and welcome drinks could not be missing. The event was served by 250 waiters, 50 hostesses and 25 paparazzi. We have prepared 25 bars and 65 catering buffets so that no one wastes time standing in line. Instead, we offered our guests to spend time in chillout and fan zones. We tried to find something interesting for each of the 4000 people who arrived. A LED chillout zone from the industry-leading company Colours of Design from Katowice awaited the participants. Guests could take commemorative photos on a specially prepared photo wall with themed gadgets and a photo booth provided by the Facebook company. As every year, the guests had the opportunity to support a selected charity initiative – the "Mam Marzenie" Foundation, the Wrocław Hospice for Children and the activities of the Nadodrze Infopoint. The course of the entire evening could be followed in real time on huge screens. An important element of the event was the concert of the CS Band choir under the baton of Maciej Wojciechowski. Paweł Gołębski and the Celebrate band took care of the great fun of the guests.
