Organization of stay in Poland for foreign guests of the Client

In the last days of September, we had the honour of hosting a delegation from China – a group of key suppliers of one of our favourite clients. Showing our country to guests from outside Polish in just a few days was quite a challenge, as evidenced by the following numbers:

• 7 days
• 3 hotels
• 4 cities
• 9 means of transport, including a historic tram, a ship, electric cars, horse-drawn carriages, a cable car, ladder wagons, buses, coaches and taxis
• Almost 1500 kilometers traveled
• 12 group transfers plus countless individual transfers to and from the airports
• 11 places to eat – breakfasts, lunches, dinners and a highlander feast

Chinese delegates had a chance to get to know not only Wrocław, which is closest to us, but also Krakow, Wieliczka and Zakopane. Agnieszka and Marta went underground and reached the summits to make sure that the foreign guests would be satisfied with the attractions that were prepared for them.
