Gala dinner

The client for whom we have prepared dinner appreciates places with character. For this reason, we have chosen a unique place, which is the Royal Castle in Wrocław. The dinner was attended by important personalities in the company, and the talks were largely of a business nature. During dinner, eggplant involtini with feta cheese, mint and chilli was served. Pumpkin cream with coconut milk and ginger with roasted pumpkin seeds and sage was also served. The main course was beef tenderloin stewed in chanterelles with potato rosettes and a salad of young sorrel, sunflower seeds and goat cheese.
