YATO Aviation Picnic

This time, our task was to plan an incentive trip for a group of several dozen key Yato customers. Together with our client, we set ourselves the goal of providing guests with the maximum dose of adrenaline at the highest level. That is why we decided to host them in one of the best SPA hotels in Poland – Odyssey Club Hotel in Kielce. The location of the facility was not without significance, perfectly connected with the places where the main attractions of the weekend were organized – the Kielce Aero Club and the Jastrząb Autodrome.

Day One

On the first day, the group was transported to the airport of the Kielce Aero Club to take advantage of the attractions in the sky: parachute jumps, glider and plane flights, and a mobile wind tunnel. For those who preferred to stay closer to the ground, we ordered a virtual reality platform. And in the historic, wooden aircraft hangar, we arranged a chillout and catering zone.

Day Two

The second day was marked by extreme motorization at the most modern Autodrome in Poland in Jastrzębie. Lamborghini and Ferrari were waiting for the guests. Participants could test their skills on a special skid plate and taste driving huge trucks. The special guest and face of the event was drift champion Karolina Pilarczyk. Its characteristic pink team gave a demonstration of their skills, and then invited everyone to join the rides, the so-called drift taxi. The event was hosted by Irek Bieleninik. We have not forgotten to provide guests with moments to relax and unwind. In the afternoon, the exclusive hotel SPA provided an opportunity to do so, and in the evenings – a feast by the fire and a club evening with a surprise in the form of a dedicated performance by the valued satirist Jerzy Kryszak.

Farewell

On the day of the farewell, we managed to surprise the participants once again. Each of them received a farewell gift with a commemorative photo taken just the day before framed in an elegant frame and personalized regional products. We are very proud and motivated by the feedback that the client and his guests (who have participated in many incentive events) gave to our team after the event. They appreciated the organization and service, individual approach and dynamic scenario, abounding in the maximum dose of emotions.
