Banquet on the occasion of the 30th edition of the TARBUD Fair

The client brief received by Wróblewska Business Event was laconic. It sounded, in a nutshell, as follows: "200 guests, mainly men, construction industry, average age about 40 years. We are looking forward to an event different than before and unforgettable, as befits a Jubilee." As a result of our company brainstorming, we gave the event the motto "Tarbud – a meeting place". It accompanied us at every stage of work. We decided to impress the guests primarily with the help of lighting effects provided by NH Projekt. The set design also played an important role. It consisted of, among others, the wall-occupying the entire wall of the Tarbud luminous logo, an exhibition of large-format photos of the most spectacular buildings of the last 30 years or a model of the Centennial Hall. Black tablecloths and chair covers as well as small printing elements completed the décor. SushiCom took care of the printing. The official part of the gala was hosted by Paweł Gołębski. Awards were presented for the best products and stand arrangements. Our announcer also took care of the entertainment part and conducted competitions and animations from the stage. Guests eagerly used the stands prepared by us, where they could try out VR goggles and take photos on the photo wall. Themed (construction!) gadgets and costumes were waiting for them.
