25th Anniversary Gala of Insert

It was a night filled with many attractions. The post-industrial, raw interior of Browar Mieszczański has changed beyond recognition thanks to the set design made by Pracownia Centaurea. The lighting arrangement provided by Pentagrid also played a major role. The jubilee stage program, which was taken care of by Paweł Gołębski and the Celebrate Ensemble, included speeches and toasts. A multimedia presentation of a large archive of photographs from the past 25 years in the background has also been prepared. As befits an anniversary, there could not be a cake. At this point, we focused on the effect of surprise. 25 waiters brought 25 cakes decorated with graphics straight from the packaging of the flagship products of the Insert company. The culmination of the official part of the event was a special outdoor performance of fire dancers, acrobats and stilt walkers performed by the artists of the award-winning Avatar Theater.
Our client wanted the program of the meeting, in addition to the traditional jubilee elements, to also include attractions conducive to integration and fun outside the stage and dance floor. To meet these expectations, we have prepared special zones in each of the rooms of the historic building. They included, among others, whisky tasting, escape room, VR stations and a photo booth. Participants could also compose music on their own from available samples, take part in sushi workshops or watch Italian and Thai dishes prepared live. For those most exhausted by the multitude of attractions, chillout zones awaited.
